Clinical Clerkships

Requirements to Engage in Clinical Clerkships at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center:

• Passing USMLE / COMLEX Step I Score 
• Dean's Letter / Letter of Good Standing indicating approved dates of clerkship 
• NY State Clerkship Eligibility Letter (if applicable) 
• Medical School Transcript 
• Personal Essay 
• Personal Health Coverage 
• Malpractice Liability Coverage
• Affiliation with the Medical Center
  
  
  Elective clerkship application 

Health Requirements

Health Assessment signed by a licensed physician.
Serologic evidence of antibodies for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella Zoster.

PPD (Mantoux) skin test for tuberculosis and no less than every year thereafter for negative findings.  Positive findings shall require appropriate clinical follow up but no repeat skin test.
