Requirements to Engage in Clinical Clerkships at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center:

Health Assessment signed by a licensed physician.
Serologic evidence of antibodies for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella Zoster.
PPD (Mantoux) skin test for tuberculosis and no less than every year
thereafter for negative findings. Positive findings shall require
appropriate clinical follow up but no repeat skin test.
